1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of PowerPro Marbella, operated by AIAA LATAM LLC DBA PowerPro Marbella, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services.
2. Services Provided
PowerPro Marbella offers residential and commercial electrical services, emergency plumbing and drain unblocking, air conditioning and climate control, and hospitality equipment maintenance in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, Spain. We operate as a service-area business and do not maintain a physical walk-in office. All services are provided at the customer's premises within our coverage area.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are free and without obligation. The diagnostic visit costs from €69, which is deducted from the total if you accept the quote. Out-of-hours emergency calls may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated before the visit. Final pricing depends on the scope of work, materials required, and time needed. We provide a written quote before starting any work.
4. Work Guarantee
All repair and installation work is covered by the warranty stipulated by current Spanish law for technical services. We use quality materials and employ qualified technicians. If a defect arises in work we have performed within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost, subject to the terms of the warranty.
5. Visit Cancellation
Scheduled visits may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone at +34 951 84 06 22 or by email at info@powerpromarbella.com.
6. Liability
PowerPro Marbella is not liable for damages arising from improper use of repaired or installed equipment after the service is completed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects not visible at the time of service. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. SMS Messaging Program
Program: PowerPro Marbella Appointment Notifications. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text message from PowerPro Marbella. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or contact info@powerpromarbella.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design, and code, is the property of PowerPro Marbella or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
